Fees and Engagement

Thoughtful development for people doing complex work.

Brilliora provides evidence-informed, human-centred support to help individuals and organisations think clearly, strengthen practice and create change that lasts — particularly in education, health and public-sector contexts.

This document outlines Brilliora’s approach to fees and engagement for education, health, public and third-sector organisations. It is intended to support transparency, planning and procurement processes.

FEES AND ENGAGEMENT APPROACH

Work with Brilliora is scoped proportionately in response to context, need and organisational constraints. Fees are agreed transparently following an initial conversation to clarify purpose, scope, duration and level of involvement.

Brilliora does not operate fixed packages or tiers. This ensures support is ethical, targeted and represents appropriate use of public resources.

Indicative investment ranges typically include:

• Individual coaching: £130–£180 per session

• Facilitated sessions / workshops: £650–£900 per day

• Ongoing organisational or programme support: agreed based on scope, duration and complexity

Where budgets are fixed, work is phased and prioritised to maximise value within available resource.

VALUE FOR MONEY

Brilliora’s work focuses on sustainable improvement rather than short-term intervention. By integrating coaching, facilitated learning, reflective practice and quality improvement, support is designed to build internal capability and reduce reliance on external input over time.

Value for money is demonstrated through:

• proportionate use of resources

• alignment with organisational priorities

• development of staff capability and confidence

• improvements that embed into everyday practice

Impact is prioritised over volume of activity.
